What are some job duties of a Pastry Chef?

A Pastry Chef regularly reports to his or her Executive Chef. They are also the ones responsible for making pastries, cakes and candies. In small restaurants, pastry chef bakes rolls, bread, etc. While in large restaurants, a baker is the one in-charge of those responsibilities.
